Select the image size that matches your display resolution.
Wait for the image to download
Place your mouse pointer over the image, hold down the mouse button until a pop-up menu appears, and "save image to disk." (Make sure to note where you put it.)
Click on the Apple icon
Go to Control Panel, then Appearance
Click the Desktop tab
Drag your downloaded image into the sample screen
